Facebook Impression was disappeared. How to fix it or just refresh on tomorrow to see the change?

Hi alli have some problem with Youtube Data that i need the pull out the published date and time. when i used “ Published Time” ,it seems like a schedule date and time when i click to published the content so i need the exact date and time that post was posted already not schedule time.Please help meThanks

I’m pulling data into Google Sheets from TikTok using Supermetrics to see data for a brand awareness campaign we’re running. I’ve pulled in every metric in the “Video” section here, except for engaged views: https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/tiktok-ads-fields#videoSome really high numbers are jumping out at me. For example, for a 6 second video that has only 26,000 impressions so far with a reach of 12,000, the Supermetrics column “Avg watch time per person” is 3759, suggesting the average person has watched this video over 625 times. When I pulled in the column “Average play time per user” into Ads Manager, it gave me a figure of 1.89, which is equal to 11.34 seconds, not 3759.I realise this is listed as an estimated metric, but how can it be so completely different? Has anyone found a solution for reporting Call Extension clicks from Google Ads in Looker Studio? Not clicks on the ad where the extension is present, but specifically clicks on that extension. Also no call tracking - just the clicks.

Hello,is it possible to run a supermetrics query directly with PowerQuery inside of Excel? It seems I can only return the query results to an Excel sheet but not into PowerQuery. But maybe there is a workaround?Thanks!Matthias

The number of sessions is just a fraction of what it should be.  I go to the GA4 and see a higher session count for the Paid Search, Organic Search, Unassigned, Direct, Referral and Organic Social category sessions.  The amount in these categories from the SuperMetrics Query into our Google Sheet is underreporting what is in the platform.  I tried 2 different accounts and several refreshes.  We have no filters that are obvious to me.

I have an issue in all of my reports where I use Facebook ads. I've been using them for months and 2 days ago they all went broke with the same error. Facebook error: User may not have permissions to access account act_336487693. But I can't loose access to all ad acounts at once. I checked that and re-authorized all but nothing works.When I try to edit query and choose ad account I see this message: Invalid appsecret_proof provided in the API argument. What should I do? I can't switch connection in every report.Thanks for the help!

I have 4 US Meta accounts, and I want to combine them into a single data source to call up the total data from these four accounts at the same time. After selecting the 4 Meta accounts via Supermetrics, I found that the spreadsheet cannot read the data, and it shows the prompt: "This query is trying to pull data from 4 views that are not listed as prioritised accounts. To manage your prioritised accounts, follow the link below: https://hub.supermetrics.com/subscriptions/1567269#datasource-FA". I feel confused even when I go to Supermetrics. What should I do?

Hi there,I am looking to create a Spreadsheet Pacing document that can track spend for the entire month but get email and SMS notification if there is no spend recorded for previous day - is this possible?I have seen that there is an email notification available, which I am yet to test, however over the weekend I am not checking the pacing document and if there is an urgent issue, can an SMS be received through Supermetrics?Thanks so much!
