Facebook Impression was disappeared. How to fix it or just refresh on tomorrow to see the change?

Hi @Jirapat.k

You are not alone! The disappearance of your Facebook Impression data on November 13, 2025, is due to a pre-announced update from Meta (Facebook) that directly affects how Supermetrics—and all third-party reporting tools—pull data.

The Impression metric has been deprecated and removed from the Facebook API.

❌ How to Fix It (The Supermetrics Solution)

You do not need to refresh tomorrow; you need to update the specific metric being requested in your Supermetrics query.

  1. Open the Supermetrics sidebar in your Google Sheet.

  2. Edit the query that is returning empty data.

  3. In the "Metrics" selection, you must replace the deprecated Impressions metric with the new equivalent "Views" metrics.

Deprecated Metric (Now Gone) Replacement Metric (What to Use Now) What it Measures
Total impressions (page_impressions) Page media views (page_media_view) Total views for content on the Page level.
Post impressions (Total impressions + a post dimension) Post views (post_media_views) Total views for individual posts.
Paid impressions (page_impressions_paid) Page media views paid (page_media_view_paid) Paid views for content on the Page level.

Action Needed:

  • For Page-level impressions, find and replace Total impressions with Page media views.

  • For Post-level impressions, find and replace Post impressions with Post views.

Once you have updated the query with the replacement metric, run it again to restore your data.

A Note on Historical Data:

Supermetrics documentation confirms that running a new query with the replacement metric should also retrieve your historical data correctly, as the platform has managed the transition to the new metrics.

Let me know if you have any questions, I hope this helps!
