Hi SM community - happy to submit my first thread here! I’ve created a dashboard on Looker Studio to display :Dimensions: Date, Market (based on page ID) Metrics: Reach, Engagement, ERHowever, it would be interesting to differentiate what goes on regular media campaigns and what is post boosting. Is there a dimension that I’m unaware of that could do this trick? Or any other work-around you may be using? Best,Tomás
Hi everyone,I wanted to share an issue I encountered with duplicate impressions in BigQuery when using Supermetrics to pull data from Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and DV360. After verifying the Supermetrics logs, everything seemed correct, but duplicates still appeared in the final dataset.Has anyone else encountered similar issues? Would love to hear your experiences and solutions!Thanks!
Hi!Do any other agencies have internal Looker Studio reports that show analytics for all dashboards? We’re trying to determine what kind of information we can be measuring to show our progress and the benefits of reporting but I’m not sure what’s available or possible, ideally without much additional manual tracking.An initial idea example was to track load times to see how those improve with different fixes but that doesn’t seem to be possible. We’re brainstorming some other options but any other thoughts, suggestions or ideas are welcome!
Hi,I want to create a dashboard in Google Sheets using Shopify as the data source.I'd like to show the sales evolution of SKU groups in terms of quantities sold, not number of orders. Which metric should I select? I used "item" but I'm not getting the same data as in Shopify.Thank you in advance for your help
I am trying to pull Meta revenue (ie Website Purchase Conversion Value), within a certain time period YoY, but it looks like only the revenue from active/enabled campaigns is been pulled into Google Sheets. There must be a way to get all the revenue from all campaigns within a certain time period. Thank you!
Hello, I am working with one client and he has meta ads connector and it is paid version, successfully fetched the data in Google sheets, no problem at all But do I need to buy another connector if I am connecting Google My Business supermetrics connector to looker studio Because it is showing the message that free version is expired... The Admin in the supermetrics is SAME person for Meta ads and Google my business connector, no difference in this... So my question isDo supermetrics charge for each connector? Do they have any packages that includes Meta ads + Google My Business Please help me out

What is the equivalent dimension for “ad” in google ads platform to supermetrics dimension for google ads connector. I am trying to get the ad or creative name for GDN/Youtube ads in google ads using supermetrics. Please let me know. Thanks.
I know there are a lot of Facebook changes. I’m no where near caught up on them. The big one I noticed for my reports is that Organic Reach and Organic Impressions have been showing as 0’s for me. I reconnected the Facebook Insights connector and saw a lot of the changes.Organic Reach Organic Reach of Posts Organic Impressions Organic Impressions of PostsThese are all 0s for me. Is this true for everyone? All I find via Google Search is that Facebook’s organic reach is trending down across the board - but nothing that says we should have 0.

We are in process of doing the Rental market analysis and we see that a lot of house rental ads are there on FB marketplace only.While we do have the connector to the Facebook from Supermetrics but we are not able to get a handle to the FB Marketplace data.Any insights or suggestions would be helpful. Hey there! Does anyone else use Basis DSP and is having issues with the connector? Our primary issue is that SM isn’t pulling in all the data that Basis DSP API is providing; only the very high-level ‘Line’ item level data is available, with Group and Tactic level data completely missing (even though it’s available in the Basis DSP API). Support told me to submit an “Idea” which I’ve done now twice with no update. This is a HUGE missing for us, and wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

Hey Supermetrics Community! Rachael Marsland - your friendly neighbourhood CSM here coming to ya from Ontario, Canada. I was chatting with one of my customers today and they asked me if I had any tips for organizing paid vs. organic data in sheets using Supermetrics. I answered to the best of my ability as a non-marketer, but it lead to me to thinking.. if only we had a forum where customers could connect with each other and ask for tips, tricks, and best practices... which finally motivated me to make my first post in hopes this helps my customer & other new Supermetrics users. So I ask: How do YOU manage & organize paid vs. organic data in sheets?
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a relation between Instagram posts (likes comments etc. - Instagram Insights) and the ad spend on those posts (promoting for example- Facebook Ad manager). I am looking to create a dashboard where we show engagement (Instagram Insights) and spend (Facebook Ads). However, as far as I know this would require an overlapping dimension in Instagram Insights and Facebook ads in order to create a relationship in PowerBi, preferably done through a unique values post ID. Unfortunately post ID or media ID's are not the same numbers in the two data sources.Would love to hear if others experience the same issue.

Hi teamHow do I pull a query for all Shopify accounts under our Shopify Partner account? When I create a query, it only gives me the option to select an individual account (71 accounts total), but I can’t choose the partner account that all the Shopify accounts sit under. Like with Google ads, I can choose our MCC email account where all the ad accounts sits under. I want to do the same thing for Shopify. Thank you!
