Scope
- Connectors: Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Emotive (varies by client)
- Warehouse/BI: your recommendation; we care about reliability and clear modeling
- Metrics: revenue attribution, list growth, deliverability, AOV, LTV by cohort, opt-in/opt-out, send cadence, SMS compliance indicators
- Quality: data contracts, backfills, freshness SLAs, anomaly detection, reconciliation
