Google Ads: Auction Insights

Hi everyone!I’m relatively new to SEM—my background has been more focused on social (both organic and paid)—and I’d love some help navigating a current project.I was asked to include auction insights in a recurring report, and while I’ve managed to find metrics like impression share using keyword text as a dimension, I’m stuck on how to include the Display URL domain like we see in the Google Ads UI.From what I understand, this data is only available for selected keywords—and usually through the Google Ads interface—but I’m wondering if anyone here has found a way to pull this info using Supermetrics (whether via Google Sheets, Data Studio, or another connector)? I’d love to either automate or semi-automate this process, rather than manually exporting from the UI every time.If anyone has tackled this or has a creative workaround, I’d really appreciate your advice. Amazon Ads Connector - Account ID

Hi everyone,Hope you’re well. I’m working with some clients on Amazon Ads. I connected my Amazon Ads account to Supermetrics to retrieve data and send it to Big Query.My issue is the following : I have a duplication of accounts for my clients with 16-digits ID. It seems to be for each marketplace, but there is no way to identify which ID corresponds to which marketplace. Moreover, when I try to make some previews to find the right account, the query dysfunctions.Anyone had a similar issue ? Found a solution ? Thanks !

Will it cause the FB account to be banned?

GA4 & Ad platform data blend compatibility issues with metrics & dimensions

Dear community, As a performance agency, we manage ppc campaigns for lead gen for clients in real estate. Our dashboards (in Looker Studio) use a variety of single data sources (via Supermetrics) and one extensive datablend blending GA4 with all ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and others).  We use one very important custom dimension ‘Project’. This is a string extracted from the following dimensions with a Regex:GA4: Property name Meta Ads: Campaign name Google Ads: Campaign name Microsoft Ads: Campaign name LinkedIn Ads: Campaign nameUpon blending and visualizing data, all seems to work like a charm. Until… we use a data filter based on this ‘Project’ dimension.The individual scorecards displaying ‘Impressions’ and ‘Clicks’ (as well as derivatives like CPM, CPC) fail to display and result in an error.The weird thing is, in non-scorecard visualizations, there seems to be no issue to report the impressions and clicks metrics grouped by ‘Project’. Upon contacting Superm

How to Add Facebook Ads Image in PowerBI using Supermetrics Storage or Supermetrics to PowerBI?

How to show Ad Creative in PowerBI?I know that this is a no brainer if we are talking about Supermetrics to Looker Studio but Supermetrics Storage or SM to PowerBI it’s kinda annoying.URL signature expiredwill be send if you input the Creative/Thumbnail URL to your browser.Anyone resolve this issue?

Facebook Ads for Instagram (Post boosting vs. Media campaigns)

Hi SM community - happy to submit my first thread here! I’ve created a dashboard on Looker Studio to display :Dimensions: Date, Market (based on page ID) Metrics: Reach, Engagement, ERHowever, it would be interesting to differentiate what goes on regular media campaigns and what is post boosting. Is there a dimension that I’m unaware of that could do this trick? Or any other work-around you may be using? Best,Tomás

Tune (HasOffers) API Connector?

I’ve been leveraging the Impact and Everflow Affiliate Platform Supermetrics connectors (with great success!) but we also have some clients using Tune (formerly HasOffers) Affiliate Platform.  I’m setting up dashboards in Looker Studio.  I’m curious if anybody has leveraged a connector to ping the Tune API or has set up a custom solution on their own.  Is it on the SuperMetrics roadmap to build a Tune connector? Thanks!

Google Sheet - How to check performance by asset group in Performance Max campaigns from Google Ads data sources

When importing metrics for Performance Max campaigns into Google Sheets using dimensions, it works fine with campaign names. However, an error occurs when setting it to asset group names. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Shopify x Google Sheets: How to Track SKU Quantities Sold?

Hi,I want to create a dashboard in Google Sheets using Shopify as the data source.I'd like to show the sales evolution of SKU groups in terms of quantities sold, not number of orders. Which metric should I select? I used "item" but I'm not getting the same data as in Shopify.Thank you in advance for your help

Supermetrics Connector

Hello, I am working with one client and he has meta ads connector and it is paid version, successfully fetched the data in Google sheets, no problem at all But do I need to buy another connector if I am connecting Google My Business supermetrics connector to looker studio Because it is showing the message that free version is expired...  The Admin in the supermetrics is SAME person for Meta ads and Google my business connector, no difference in this...  So my question isDo supermetrics charge for each connector? Do they have any packages that includes Meta ads + Google My Business Please help me out

Custom Conversion: Display of conversion value and number of conversions for a specific product in Looker Studio

Hey guys, first question in the community, so I hope I'm putting it in the right place. 👀 We are trying to display a product-specific conversion value and the corresponding conversion number from a META ad campaign in Looker Studio. We are able to do this for the overall conversion value and the total number of conversions for the campaign. However, we are advertising product A, for example, and only want to receive the conversion value and the number of conversions from the sales of product A. The values are displayed in the META ad manager with the help of the corresponding custom conversion. Which parameter/filter can we use to display these values in Looker Studio? The product we use is Supermetrics for Looker Studio, so we don’t use Google Sheets in between. Many thanks in advance for any tips, tricks or anything else that could help us. 😀 Cheers,Lukas

Facebook insights Video views, 15s and 60s views

 Hi everyone,I am trying to have the same metrics and chart as it is on Facebook insights using Facebook connector. When trying to bring same metrics to the chart, it returns the error “Can't fetch the post_video_views_60s_excludes_shorter metric, when splitting by video-level dimensions” When asked the support team, they said the 15 and 60s are post level metrics but the total video view is something called “dynamic” metric that can work as page and post level. I can not understand the responses. Anyone found similar issue? Any help?

Data comparaison with same day last year on lookerstudio

Hello , I was wondering if someone knows how can we compare data with last year same day comparaison instead of just last year ? (really needed for the retail sector)  (e.g Monday 19 August 2024 vs Monday 21 August 2023 instead of the 19/08/24 vs 19/08/23 dafault comparaison window) If seen some stuff online but honestly it wasn’t work on my side ! Thanks for your help :D  Paul T

Google Ads - Ad Creative Reporting

Hey there! Has anyone figured out a good way to pull into a Looker Studio chart Google Ads ad creative so the correct ad group with the various images, headline text, etc., pull in under that ad group? Did you break out each Google Ads channel separately (search, YouTube, RDA, etc.)? We run a lot of responsive ads, and would love to build a client-friendly dashboard to show which creative image and text copy performs best by Ad Group on responsive ads. In a Looker Studio Dashbaord I want to just count the number of days in a selected Date Range.  I’ve seen threads to use DATE_DIFF(MAX(Day),MIN(Day)) Not working. any suggestions appreciated

Can we get the data from Facebook Marketplace using Supermetrics?

We are in process of doing the Rental market analysis and we see that a lot of house rental ads are there on FB marketplace only.While we do have the connector to the Facebook from Supermetrics but we are not able to get a handle to the FB Marketplace data.Any insights or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Basis DSP >< SM Connector

Hey there! Does anyone else use Basis DSP and is having issues with the connector? Our primary issue is that SM isn’t pulling in all the data that Basis DSP API is providing; only the very high-level ‘Line’ item level data is available, with Group and Tactic level data completely missing (even though it’s available in the Basis DSP API). Support told me to submit an “Idea” which I’ve done now twice with no update. This is a HUGE missing for us, and wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

Hi team, I was wondering if there was a way to modify the query dates to compare the same dates a month ago. There is only an option for same dates a year ago. ie Compare 1-14th Aug 2024 to 1-14 Jul 2024.Thank you!
