Issue with Stacking Multiple Columns in Looker Studio Using Supermetrics Connector for Google Ads

Hi everyone,Objective: Stack multiple headline columns (Headline 1 to Headline 15) into a single column in Looker Studio. Challenge: Looker Studio doesn’t natively support this transformation. Data Source: Using the Supermetrics connector for Google Ads, which lacks a built-in feature for stacking columns vertically. Need: A workaround or best practices to achieve this within Looker Studio.Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Query to pull all Shopify accounts under Partner account

Hi teamHow do I pull a query for all Shopify accounts under our Shopify Partner account?  When I create a query, it only gives me the option to select an individual account (71 accounts total), but I can’t choose the partner account that all the Shopify accounts sit under.  Like with Google ads, I can choose our MCC email account where all the ad accounts sits under. I want to do the same thing for Shopify. Thank you!

Hi!I am struggling with adding the following metrics from Facebook Insights page to my Power BI report based on SuperMetrics data: Content Interactions (Facebook); 3 second video plays (Facebook); Content Interactions (Instagram).Are you able to help me? I am eaither not able to find these metrics or the metrics are not in line with Facebook Insights page.

Transforming/Blending data for Looker Studio - visualisation speed load times

Supermetrics community,A couple of years ago using Supermetrics and Looker Studio, I have always preferred transforming/blending data in Google Sheets before importing to Looker Studio to improve the load times of Looker Studio visualisations.As it’s been a couple of years since I’ve used Supermetrics, and just jumping back in, does anyone have best practice guidelines, or their own processes, to have fast load times in Looker Studio? I used to find the native connectors slow to load, especially if blending was involved.Thanks in advance,Craig

Hi team, why would a log in of name@domain.com become namedomaincom@gtempaccount.com? What would be causing this? How do we go about resolving/reconciling this second account login to our actual name@domain.com team?Many thanks!

Show Facebook Post Name by date and engagement metrics

Hey Supermetrics community,I’m trying to import a daily breakdown of Facebook & InstagramAccount name Post date Organic reach Organic impressionsThe aim is to blend this data with GA4 to understand what posts did and did not drive traffic to our website. Unfortunately, this query loads no data. If I remove post date and account name, then the query shows the daily breakdown for organic reach/impressions.Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

How can I guage follower growth from Facebook Ads

I’m running ads on Facebook and Instagram, Is there a metric in the Facebook Ads connector that allows me to see how many followers I gained from my ads? Or do I have to use “Page Likes” ?

Facebook organic reach changes?

I recently noticed my organic Facebook page reach dropping for last month, in comparison to previous months. It didn’t make sense, so I re-ran the last 2 years worth of monthly organic reach and all the numbers completely changed from what Supermetrics pulled previously each month.Anyone else notice this? I know there were deprecated metrics on March 14, but this wasn’t one of them.
