I am trying to have the same metrics and chart as it is on Facebook insights using Facebook connector. When trying to bring same metrics to the chart, it returns the error “Can't fetch the post_video_views_60s_excludes_shorter metric, when splitting by video-level dimensions” When asked the support team, they said the 15 and 60s are post level metrics but the total video view is something called “dynamic” metric that can work as page and post level. I can not understand the responses. Anyone found similar issue? Any help?

Unfortunately, due to differences in how the insights Graph API works, it’s not really possible to recreate this exact chart with Supermetrics. The restrictions the API puts on some of those metrics makes it impossible to use this way.
The two fields mentioned (Total 60s video views and Total 15s video views) are post-only - which means they must be requested with a post-specific field like post ID or post caption. They are not compatible with video dimensions alone, nor with page level data (aka not including post-dimensions). Because they are post level metrics, they only report out a lifetime value for the post - you won’t be able to split it by date.
The closest you can currently get is to use Total video views without post or video dimensions, which will bring it to page level. This metric can be spit by date you can show changes over time similar to the UI reporting.
Hopefully as Meta continues to improve the dashboard and the API, this may become possible in the future, but right not its not feasible with the available metrics from the API.
