Hope you’re well. I’m working with some clients on Amazon Ads. I connected my Amazon Ads account to Supermetrics to retrieve data and send it to Big Query.
My issue is the following : I have a duplication of accounts for my clients with 16-digits ID. It seems to be for each marketplace, but there is no way to identify which ID corresponds to which marketplace. Moreover, when I try to make some previews to find the right account, the query dysfunctions.
Anyone had a similar issue ? Found a solution ? Thanks !

Hi!
Unfortunately, this is a known limitation of the API that we only get the internal IDs for each regional account. The ID used in the UI itself is different than the API ID and not available to request for some reason.
We’re investigating other ways to make them distinct, such as adding the country to the label, so it’s easier to tell which is which.
Regarding the errors with the queries - it’s hard to say what’s going wrong without seeing the query and the error. If you continue to face problems with that, would recommend you put in a request with our support team so they can assist further: https://hub.supermetrics.com/support
