Reach metric will always be Zero

Hi, We are trying to use Facebook Ads connector to Looker Studio
when the campaign objective is OUTCOME_SALES then the reach value will always be zero? how to solve this?

Hi!

Unfortunately, this is due to an annoying quirk of how Looker Studio works. The report level filters are handled after the query data is obtained, so it filters out the rest and then sums the remaining items.

However, Reach is configured to disallow summing to keep data integrity (the why is explained in this article). So that 0 value in the scorecard and summary row are actually hiding the error “Can’t be calculated, would require summing deduplicated values”.
