Facebook organic reach changes?

I recently noticed my organic Facebook page reach dropping for last month, in comparison to previous months. It didn’t make sense, so I re-ran the last 2 years worth of monthly organic reach and all the numbers completely changed from what Supermetrics pulled previously each month.

Anyone else notice this? I know there were deprecated metrics on March 14, but this wasn’t one of them.

I haven’t observed this behaviour yet in any of our services customers but it’s a good thing to keep an eye on!
Since our products just pull whatever the Facebook API returns to us, I would initially assume that in your case Facebook did something internally to recalculate the number of unique people who saw the page…

Just to make sure: you re-ran those pulls without changing the queries otherwise or were there any changes made at all that could explain the discrepancy? Even a deprecated dimension missing from the new pull could be the reason
