How do I pull a query for all Shopify accounts under our Shopify Partner account?
When I create a query, it only gives me the option to select an individual account (71 accounts total), but I can’t choose the partner account that all the Shopify accounts sit under.
Like with Google ads, I can choose our MCC email account where all the ad accounts sits under. I want to do the same thing for Shopify.

Hi there!
Due to the limitations of the Shopify API, it isn't possible to select multiple partner accounts (connections) in the same query. As Shopify does not support a feature similar to Google Ads Manager Account (MCC), you'll need to log in to each partner account separately.
If you’re using Google Sheets - a potential workaround is to create multiple queries with different partner accounts (connections) in a raw data sheet, and then use Google Sheets functions to sum the results in a separate output sheet.
