At the moment, backfills can’t be stopped, once started. This is due to data integrity issues, according to the support. However, there are some cases, where a backfill might be cancelled without issues for data integrity. E.g. if I added metric A to a table, started a backfill and immediately noticed I need to include metric B as well. In this case I would anyhow start a new backfill and data integrity is no issue. However, at the moment I need to wait for the backfill with metric A to be completed which is time consuming for me and somehow expensive for you.
Hi, I was wondering if Supermetrics has a readily available connector for Seznam.cz (Sklik)? I used to see this listed under work in progress in the roadmap but I couldn’t find the roadmap anymore and I don’t see this listed within Supermetrics hub. Any knowledge on this is greatly appreciated!Br,
All Dates shown in the Transfer page’s "View Status" popup of the SuperMetrics Hub are off by a single day.When we pull a backfill with a start date of 2023-01-01, it will pull the correct start date of 2023-01-01 into our destination table. But on the View Status page for the transfer, the earliest "Date of Data" shown for that backfill will be 2022-12-31.Ultimately, the data that arrives in our table is correct, but this has caused quite a bit of confusion since it affects every date on the Transfer > View Status PageSuperMetric’s Data Warehouse technical lead confirmed that this behavior is expected and is related to the browser's time zone settings. Support recommended that I post the issue as an Idea in the Community page to try and get enough attention for it to get worked into their product roadmap.

We change blends, tables and transfers often. Sometimes we notice later that a change caused issues with data. It’s not always easy to remember which changes were made to backtrack the problem.Therefore it would be great if blends, tables, and transfers would automatically create a change history where you can see all changes in configurations, e.g. added/removed metrics and dimensions, changed settings and so on.
Our business incurs monthly subscriptions that we’d like to put into our reports. This data isn’t currently on your platform when pulling into Looker Studio. However, we’d like to see how many cancellations we get on a day/week/month etc. This can be customers that cancelled immediately after payment and their access is revoked, or just that their access to the site will be revoked at the end of their billing cycle.
There’s a discrepancy with Shopee Ads Data Integration that which only captures product ads data. We are getting incorrect figures every time we sync something up for better budgeting, as it’s not capturing Shop Ads data.
Hello!Unless I am missing something, Adgroup level Roas target are not available in Supermetrics for google Ads. It is a pretty core/basic data point to optimize smart bidding campaigns (Troas are available at campaign level only) and a pain to look up manually. Can you add this please?
We’re currently using the Supermetrics connector for Shopify to support our reporting and analytics needs. At this time, it appears the API integration primarily provides access to Orders data. As we continue onboarding more eCommerce clients who have built their websites on the Shopify platform, we’re exploring ways to enrich our reporting with additional data—particularly web analytics metrics such as sessions, pageviews, and user behavior directly from Shopify.Could you please share if there are any upcoming developments or roadmap plans to support web analytics-related data in the Shopify connector? As indicated on Adjust’s support page, SKAdNetwork metrics are available via API. For digital marketers like us — especially those running app campaigns and tracking performance through MMPs, metrics such as SKAN Installs, SKAN Reinstalls and SKAN Conversion Value are extremely important for both reporting and optimization.That’s why having access to these metrics via Supermetrics would be incredibly valuable for all of us.
Hi! So right now I have a problem with Bing Ads, that when I select All Accounts, some account are invalid, so query gets error. And solution, to manually select accounts, isn't really a solution for a dynamic Advertising Company, where accounts can come and go.I know this is possible, considering Google Ads has that option already, as well as trying to connect to the Bing Ads through API, I can set a trigger to skip inactive ad account. This is BTW, idea for everything, Google Sheets and Looker Studio, and for all connectors.
Supermetrics do not currently have Xero as an available data source but other platforms like coupler, Zappier do. Many clients like my client is also switching from supermetrics for this reason. I think the team should look into it as soon as possible.
At the moment, Google Sheets Connector supports only the first row as headers. In some sheets the table header is in row 2 or below. It would be great if you could set the table header to other rows than row 1.
How about adding source/medium metrics to the Matomo connector in Looker studio? It’ll be very useful for more in depth analysis.
TikTok Shop has gained some popularity in our country, and the system currently supports creating ads for TikTok Shop. Additionally, there are specific events related to TikTok Shop that are not yet visible in Supermetrics. Having access to these metrics would be highly beneficial, as it would help us optimize media performance and guide our business decisions regarding budget allocation and overall strategy.Examples of the metrics we would like to see in this data source include: Purchase (Shop), Purchase Value (Shop), Average Revenue per Purchase (Shop), and others.
My suggestion is to add a connector/data source to Pxsol (pxsol.com), an hotel booking motor, popular in Argentina and other Latin American countries.
Hi there, The LinkedIn Company Pages query for PowerBI is very limited, as compared to the LinkedIn Ad query. It would be very usefull to review the organic linkedin post from a period, reviewing the post ID, Thumbnail img and creative text for example. Please enrich this query, since it is verrrry minimal. If not, Supermetrics is not the right tooling for us. Would love hearing from you soon.

I noticed that there is no data about new Facebook followers (for example, like in Instagram Insights). It would be very helpful to be have the data about how many people follow my page per day etc. Is it possible to add this data?
I've noticed that there are few messaging fields missing from your facebook ads connector - mainly2 message exchanges and 3 message exchanges, ect.When do you expect this fields to be added to your Facebook ads connector?Thank you in advance
