At the moment, the CallRail connector doesn’t support pulling in text conversation data. I’ll convert this as a new idea so our product team can track interest and keep you updated on any progress.

I checked and it does seem possible that we can add support for text conversation data. I’ve added this to our product backlog to be considered for future improvements to the data source.
