I’ve been using the Callrail connector for Power BI to report on phone call data but I haven’t been able to find out how to pull in text conversation data. Is there a way to do that now? If not, is there a plan to make it available in the future?

At the moment, the CallRail connector doesn’t support pulling in text conversation data. I’ll convert this as a new idea so our product team can track interest and keep you updated on any progress.
