LinkedIn Ads - Common Fields Unsupported for Document AdsReleased

We love looking at ad-level performance of LinkedIn Ads--particularly being able to review messaging. We use “creativeTitle” and “creativeText” fields as dimensions, as well as “creativeDscName” to reflect the name of the ad variation and “creativeType” to reflect the ad format type. We don’t have any issues with the classic image or video ads, nor issues with these ad types that also employ Lead Gen Forms. However, if using the Document Ad type, which will often include a Lead Gen Form, no values return for these fields. The setup within the ads UI is very similar (screenshot attached). A value is entered for the “creativeDscName”, and values are entered for “creativeTitle” and “creativeText”. Is it possible to support these fields for the Document Ads type?

Exclude the admin-related share dataClosed

In Facebook Insight connector, I want to know How Can I exclude the self-share out. Your 'Share' metrics include shares from our admin sharing to various groups, and that doesn't reflect the real share we have from real audience.For example,  let’s say from  1,000 total shares, my admin sharing to groups should probably be around 700+-I want to know the workaround on this specific mater.

GA4 Token Usage for Google SheetsDiscovery

I will like to know the token usage for each sheet that we have connected Supermetrics to pull GA4. I believe this is possible by requesting "returnPropertyQuota": true in the API request.We have run into limit issues occasionally with no understanding of what exactly increased our token usage and this has resulted in limited reporting capabilities for our business.

Klaviyo - Campaign TagsClosed

Hello,We are using the Klaviyo connector on Supermetrics to retrieve statistics from our email campaigns. However, a key field is currently missing: the campaign tag.Since campaigns can be tagged in Klaviyo to facilitate grouping, would it be possible to expose this field in Supermetrics as well?Thank you in advance for your help.

Custom Fields (Events in TikTok Ads Connector)Closed

We installed a TikTok custom event and currently supermetrics is not supporting this. Please consider to integrate custom events into the Supermetrics tiktok ads connector as it is already available in the Facebook ads connector.

add Landing page experience and Impression share (auction insights) as metrics to pull from Google AdsOpen

There’s a metric at the keyword level called Landing Page Experience, which gives an indication of how good the landing page is. It would be useful to pull this data so we can stay on top of it.you currently provide the options to pull historical Quality Score data (it returns an error most of the time), so being able to retrieve Landing page experience would be great as well.Also, having Auction Insights available would be helpful to track impressions without needing to log into Google Ads.

Adobe Analytics Conversion Window OptionClosed

Specifically, setting different conversion windows for metrics, as some accounts and end points have different conversion windows used by clients. E.g for app data, we have a 1-day window but for the website, we have a 7-day.  Basically, how it is for Facebook Ads.

Support for "Shares" metric on Instagram Carousel PostsClosed

Hi Supermetrics team,I'd like to request support for the "Shares" metric for Instagram carousel posts via the Instagram Insights connector.Currently, it seems that carousel posts are not included when retrieving the "Shares" metric. While I understand that Meta's documentation doesn't clearly confirm this limitation, recent updates to the Instagram Graph API (v22) may have opened up the possibility to access this data.This metric is important for accurately measuring engagement across all post types, including carousels, which are commonly used by brands and creators.I appreciate the continuous improvements your team is making to stay aligned with Instagram's latest API changes. I hope this feature can be considered for future development.Thanks in advance!
