We installed a TikTok custom event and currently supermetrics is not supporting this. Please consider to integrate custom events into the Supermetrics tiktok ads connector as it is already available in the Facebook ads connector.

We checked into this and it looks like this is not possible to get through the same reporting API we use to get the other TikTok Ads data. It’s in its own Events API that is more for conversion management and things like CAPI implementations.
The TikTok API is constantly evolving though, so we will keep an eye out to see if this changes in the future, and we can get custom events with the reporting data.
But for now, this is not something we can implement just yet.
