My clients take important actions when they start conversation with IG. It shows on Facebook dashboards but the connector is not bringing this data. Any hope to include such important metric?

Instagram conversations metric

We’ve investigated this, and sadly the conversations data is only available in the version of the API using the new Instagram login and only returns the actual conversations, no insights. We currently do not support, and have no plans to support, the Instagram login version.
Apologies that we’re unable to support this ask at this time. If it changes in the future that Meta requires that we have to use the Instagram login version of the API, we can take this under consideration again then.
