Hello,

We are using the Klaviyo connector on Supermetrics to retrieve statistics from our email campaigns. However, a key field is currently missing: the campaign tag.

Since campaigns can be tagged in Klaviyo to facilitate grouping, would it be possible to expose this field in Supermetrics as well?

We did some initial investigation into this and it looks like the tags actually come from a completely different endpoint than what we’re using for the campaign data itself, so that adds quite a bit of complication with implementing it.

So at this time we will not take this into consideration. If there ends up being a lot more demand in the future, we can reassess the feature at that time.

Please see ​@jessiebrock ‘s   message above she shared that our team has looked into this request, and due to some technical limitations, we're not able to move forward with it at this time. However, that doesn’t mean it’s off the table forever. If there’s more demand or it becomes more feasible in the future, we’ll definitely reassess and may reopen the request.
