Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I understand you're experiencing an issue when querying Instagram Insights for Views, specifically when filtering by the 'REELS' product type, and you're getting zero results despite having a significant number of reel views.
This is a known issue related to how some data from the Instagram Insights API is handled. We're currently working on a fix to ensure that views for Reels are correctly attributed.
In the meantime, you may be able to get the data you need by using the "Video views" metric instead of the "Views" metric, as that metric sometimes captures data that "Views" does not. You could also try querying without the 'REELS' product type filter to see if the views are being included in the overall metric for your account.
