GA4 to BQ backfill schema

the ga4 product does not offer a native bq backfill, therefore, i'd want to understand the exact schema of the data this is offering since supermetrics is doing some "magic" to backfill the data. if it's 100% the same as the native ga4 bq export.

Addressing Duplicate Impressions in BigQuery from Google Campaign Manager 360 via Supermetrics

Hi everyone,I wanted to share an issue I encountered with duplicate impressions in BigQuery when using Supermetrics to pull data from Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and DV360. After verifying the Supermetrics logs, everything seemed correct, but duplicates still appeared in the final dataset.Has anyone else encountered similar issues? Gather Facebook Comments and its informations

Hello,I was wondering if it is possible to gather the comments of an ad through the Supermetrics API. Specifically, I would like to retrieve the content, its ID, and perhaps its parent ID. Currently, we are only able to get the number of comments.Is there any way to achieve this? If not, is it planned to be added in the future?I couldn’t find the relevant field in the documentation here: https://supermetrics.com/docs/integration-facebook-ads-fields/#fieldThank you very much.

Custom Conversion: Display of conversion value and number of conversions for a specific product in Looker Studio

Hey guys, first question in the community, so I hope I'm putting it in the right place. 👀 We are trying to display a product-specific conversion value and the corresponding conversion number from a META ad campaign in Looker Studio. We are able to do this for the overall conversion value and the total number of conversions for the campaign. However, we are advertising product A, for example, and only want to receive the conversion value and the number of conversions from the sales of product A. The values are displayed in the META ad manager with the help of the corresponding custom conversion. Which parameter/filter can we use to display these values in Looker Studio? The product we use is Supermetrics for Looker Studio, so we don’t use Google Sheets in between. Many thanks in advance for any tips, tricks or anything else that could help us. 😀 Cheers,Lukas

Appsflyer/GoogleSheets - timeout error | Solutions

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with an AppsFlyer query in Google Sheets that triggers a timeout error (Error: AppsFlyer failure - Data Source Error: Gateway Timeout). This problem has been ongoing for over a month and is specifically affecting certain accounts, while other AppsFlyer accounts work fine without any issues.Despite following the recommendations provided by the support team and trying shorter date ranges, the error persists. Additionally, I was informed about a 90-day limit for event data, but this doesn't seem to apply in my case, as I’m using the segment for other accounts this year up until the current date.The Supermetrics support team is investigating the issue, but I wanted to ask if anyone in the community has experienced this type of error and if they have any additional suggestions or possible solutions to resolve it, as this is a critical function for our work.Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Supermetrics Query Is Not Pulling All the Data From the GA4 platform.

The number of sessions is just a fraction of what it should be.  I go to the GA4 and see a higher session count for the Paid Search, Organic Search, Unassigned, Direct, Referral and Organic Social category sessions.  The amount in these categories from the SuperMetrics Query into our Google Sheet is underreporting what is in the platform.  I tried 2 different accounts and several refreshes.  We have no filters that are obvious to me.

Error extracting email address data from Klaviyo

I’m trying to extract email address data from the Klaviyo connector in Looker Studio, but it keeps failing no matter how few or how many other dimensions/metrics I try. I want to use email address data to blend with other data sources, but without this data from Klaviyo, I can’t do that. I also can’t build a table with the raw data from Klaviyo using the connector either. I initially thought I was just trying too bring in too much data, but now I’m not sure? TIA

Looker Studio | Instagram Insights Not Working

Hey community!Does anyone know why Instagram Insights are showcasing incorrect data in my Looker Studio doc?Ie. For two different time periods (one last year, one this year) data is staying the exact same. In simple terms I am trying to showcase the increase in account followers across two different time periods. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Facebook ads connection error in all recurring reports

I have an issue in all of my reports where I use Facebook ads. I've been using them for months and 2 days ago they all went broke with the same error. Facebook error: User may not have permissions to access account act_336487693. But I can't loose access to all ad acounts at once. I checked that and re-authorized all but nothing works.When I try to edit query and choose ad account I see this message: Invalid appsecret_proof provided in the API argument. What should I do? I can't switch connection in every report.Thanks for the help!

Facebook Insights Organic Reach and Impressions showing 0

I know there are a lot of Facebook changes. I’m no where near caught up on them. The big one I noticed for my reports is that Organic Reach and Organic Impressions have been showing as 0’s for me. I reconnected the Facebook Insights connector and saw a lot of the changes.Organic Reach Organic Reach of Posts Organic Impressions Organic Impressions of PostsThese are all 0s for me. Is this true for everyone? All I find via Google Search is that Facebook’s organic reach is trending down across the board - but nothing that says we should have 0.

Creating a relationship between Facebook Ads and Instagram Insights data

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a relation between Instagram posts (likes comments etc. - Instagram Insights) and the ad spend on those posts (promoting for example- Facebook Ad manager). I am looking to create a dashboard where we show engagement (Instagram Insights) and spend (Facebook Ads). However, as far as I know this would require an overlapping dimension in Instagram Insights and Facebook ads in order to create a relationship in PowerBi, preferably done through a unique values post ID. Unfortunately post ID or media ID's are not the same numbers in the two data sources.Would love to hear if others experience the same issue.

Data Source Account Usage for Core level

I’m looking into upgrading my free trial to the core subscription. The question I have is how does Data Source Account usage work? It says there are 26 data sources and 8 data source accounts allowed per data source. I only need 1 data source: Facebook Ads, but I have over 50 ad accounts I have access to and need data for. My question is are the data source accounts shared between data sources? Aka if I only use the Facebook Ads data source could I have 208 (26*8) data source accounts connected to it? If I can only have 8 accounts connected to it that would be a deal breaker for me and I will need another solution. If they are shared across like that then I’m all in!
