Immediate action required: Configure network access
We are making changes to our Database data source that require immediate action from you to make sure your Database connector continues running without issues. The deadline for this change is October 31st, 2025.
More specifically, we are upgrading the servers used to access Database data sources. To make sure your Supermetrics Database connector continues running without issues, immediate action is required.
If your database(s) use firewalls or security groups to restrict external access, you must configure network access (i.e., "whitelist") for the new Supermetrics IP addresses.

If these IP addresses are not whitelisted by October 31st, 2025, your Database data sources will fail to connect and all queries/transfers will fail.
Please involve your network or database administrator to implement this change for all active databases connected to Supermetrics.
Note: If your queries/transfers fail after the deadline, you can rerun them as soon as the new IP addresses are successfully whitelisted.
