Whitelist our new IP address range to avoid service disruptions

 

For data warehousing users who are whitelisting our IP addresses, here’s the upcoming change to our outbound proxy IP addresses that may affect you if you're whitelisting our IP addresses. ✋

We'll update our outbound proxies' static IP address range to maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure that meets our customers' needs.

Please add the following IP address range to your whitelist in time. The cutover time is 14th January 2025, when the following IP addresses will become active. 

  • 18.202.154.254/32
  • 34.255.31.19/32
  • 52.50.123.181/32
  • 54.246.196.255/32
  • 54.73.205.239/32
  • 54.75.114.151/32
  • 34.140.128.0/24
  • 34.48.0.128/26
  • Don’t forget to add your own IP address.
