WooCommerce Customer Type Dimension

You're absolutely right—the ability to segment orders by New vs. Returning Customer is crucial for e-commerce reporting, and we agree that this dimension would add huge value to the WooCommerce connector.

We've added this to our feature request queue, and our Product Team will look into the feasibility and prioritization of adding this dimension. We'll update this thread once it moves into the backlog!

We can’t unfortunately prioritise this request right now due to the current demand, and it doesn’t look like a straight forward implementation. We’ll keep monitoring interest in this feature and revisit it in the future if we see more requests.
