Our agency is managing a lot of local clients that need offline conversions reported too. Supermetrics Tiktok Ads connector is missing these metrics however. It’d be great if they got added in the future.

Good news!
We just did a release of pretty much every offline conversion metric available in the TikTok Ads API. So hopefully everything you needed for those is now available. 😀
The fields have been released first to Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Excel destinations. They will make it to Data warehouse, API, Power BI early next week.
