I'd like to request the addition of two new metrics for the HubSpot connector: Marketing Email Reply Count and Marketing Email Reply Rate. These would provide valuable insight into recipient engagement beyond opens and clicks, helping us better assess the effectiveness of our campaigns.

 

Suggested Metrics:

  1. Reply Count – The total number of replies received for a specific marketing email.

  2. Reply Rate – The percentage of recipients who replied

These metrics would be especially useful for analyzing reply-driven campaigns and measuring audience interaction more accurately, helping to guide optimization efforts across campaigns.

 

@datpham27 Thanks for your suggestion! These would indeed be valuable engagement metrics. I’ve convert  this into an idea/ feature request for our HubSpot connector so our product team can assess feasibility. We’ll track demand and keep you posted on updates.
