At Instagram Insights it is possible to see the percentage of followers that have viewed your post/reel vs the percentage of non-followers that viewed it. Since we have a new brand it is very interesting to know how many non-followers we are reaching. We want to set a target on it. Is it possible to add this in Supermetrics so that we are able to use it in our data?

This does seem possible but the API is a bit weird about how it does this, so we’ll need to investigate further how to best support it. We’ve scheduled this work for later in the year.

An update:
The ‘Follows and unfollows’ metric has now been added, along with the ‘Follow type’ dimension.
The metric provides the number of accounts that followed you and the number of accounts that unfollowed you or left Instagram in the selected time period. Please use the Follow type dimension to retrieve follows and unfollows separately.
