There is existing functionality to add Facebook’s Ad Name into my Supermetrics blend, but there isn’t an equivalent for Adword’s Ad Name (see below).
What i want is the name of the ad (not the ad set name, not ad group name, not ad set name) . And that’s possible according to Google (see below).

Looking through the given API documentation link, it looks we should be able to add Ad Name for Google Ads.
We’ve added this to our product backlog for future consideration, but are unable to give any commitments or timelines of when we may be able to add this.
