For Instagram Insights, Meta has already turned to the “Views” metric and desestimated others. We also need the “Views” for the Ads connector so we can summarize both paid and organic.

At this time, the Marketing API does not yet support the “Views” metric in the same context as Instagram has (the existing stuff only applies to Video Views). We’re keeping an eye out for it though and will update the Facebook Ads data source if the API ever does provide it.
