But don’t worry—we’ve got a nifty workaround using Google Sheets to help you keep track of your Stories data for as long as you need. Let’s dive in!

Step 1: Enable the setting

First things first, enable the Combine new results with old setting in your reporting tool. This will allow you to start collecting your Stories data.

Step 2: Set the date range

When you’re ready, set the date range for your Stories query to Last 2 days including today (or set the start date as Yesterday and the end date as Today). Don’t forget to select all the Stories metrics you want to track, impressions, exits, replies, you name it!

Step 3: Automate the magic

Set your query to refresh every day. This way, your report will automatically add fresh data without overwriting the old results. It’s like having a little data fairy working for you! 🧚‍♂️
