How to set up a scheduled refresh ➡️

 

Creating a scheduled refresh for your Supermetrics queries in Google Sheets is straightforward.

  • Open the Supermetrics sidebar: In your Google Sheet, open the Supermetrics add-on and navigate to the Schedules tab.

  • Create a new schedule: Click on Automatic refresh. You will be able to set the frequency for your reports. Depending on your subscription, you can choose a daily, weekly, or even hourly refresh schedule.

  • Manage your schedules: Once created, you can manage all your scheduled refreshes in one place. Simply go to the Schedules tab and click View all schedules in all spreadsheets. This gives you a clear overview of all your reports, their refresh status, and allows you to make any necessary changes.

Enabling enhanced scheduled refreshes is quick and easy for all paid subscribers.

  1. Open the Supermetrics sidebar: In your Google Sheet, go to the Schedules tab.

  2. Enable the feature: Scroll down and click on Enable enhanced scheduled refreshes. You'll be prompted to log in with your Supermetrics Google Account.

  3. Enjoy the benefits: Once enabled, this upgrade will automatically apply to all of your existing and future scheduled refreshes in Google Sheets!
