While pulling data from single channels into your dashboard helps you to stay on top of one channel performance, the real power of your Supermetrics license comes with reporting data from multiple channels.

Here's a paid channel mix dashboard template that will help you evaluate your allocation of marketing resources across different channels and understand the best possible mix of channels to maximize your return on investment (ROI).

With this template, you’ll have:

  • A side-by-side comparison of the overall performance of each channel during a specific period.
  • Traffic volume, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and/or return on ad spend for each channel.
  • Campaign performance per channel.

Happy reporting! 😊

Hi,

I really like this template, but I need to add Reddit ads as a channel. How can I do that?

Hi @polarbear ! 😊

Do you already use our Reddit Ads connector? https://supermetrics.com/connectors/reddit-ads

I’ll check with the team if adding the Reddit Ads data to the same template is possible.

Hi @Mariia - Yes I do! But I’m having trouble adding Reddit ads to this Channel Mix template. Please let me know if the team can add Reddit to the same template.

If I have to recreate the template manually, can you point me to some resources on how to do so? I’m looking to have a Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit ads channel mix dashboard.

Thanks!

Hi @polarbear I see! It seems like adding Reddit Ads to this particular template is not possible.

But I’ve forwarded your request to our templates team, and they’ll get back to you with the possible suggestions and tips early next week.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Hi @polarbear – This template uses a connector called Ad Data + Google Analytics, and Reddit Ads isn’t part of this connector, so unfortunately, we can’t add it to the template.

However, you can edit the dashboard using Looker Studio’s data blending feature. Data blending requires a bit of knowledge of JOINs (see this article), but for this use case, the method shown in the video will be sufficient:

You can blend the data from the connector used in the template (Ad Data + Google Analytics) with the Reddit Ads connector using date as the join key, just as shown in the video.

An easier alternative is to use the Supermetrics data blending feature, included in our Data Transformations offering. In this case, you will need to build the blend from scratch on the Supermetrics platform, but it will give you more flexibility than the Ad Data + Google Analytics connector, it is easier to use than data blending in Looker Studio and you can add any data sources or additional fields you may need.

Hope this helps!
