I am trying to pull Meta revenue (ie Website Purchase Conversion Value), within a certain time period YoY, but it looks like only the revenue from active/enabled campaigns is been pulled into Google Sheets. There must be a way to get all the revenue from all campaigns within a certain time period. Thank you!

This issue is most likely caused by the attribution setting. You can find more information from this support article section "Queries without Campaign/Ad set/Ad dimension that use Default attribution": How to fix attribution setting discrepancies in Facebook Ads data
Another reason for this issue could be the "Report time of action stats" setting. This setting needs to be set "on Conversion date". You can read more about this in the article linked above (section "Queries using 'On impression date'").
