Hello Supermetrics team and community,Our company uses TikTok Ads with the GMV Max objective to focus on generating higher Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through TikTok Shop. However, we’ve run into a problem: Supermetrics currently doesn’t seem to pull or display the GMV data associated with TikTok’s GMV Max objective. Consequently, we’re unable to track or analyze these campaigns effectively in our Supermetrics reporting. We would greatly appreciate it if you could add or enhance support within Supermetrics to include:GMV-related metrics from TikTok GMV Max campaigns, and All relevant data fields so that we can accurately measure and optimize our campaign performance. If there’s a workaround or if this feature is already on the roadmap, could you please let us know the estimated timeline or steps we should take?Thank you in advance for your support. We look forward to being able to integrate our GMV Max data with Supermetrics as soon as possible!
What is the timeline for making https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v23.0/insights#page-post-media-view available? Do we have to wait until November 15th when they stop providing impressions or will you have this sooner. Other services communicated their plans already, and the metrics is available to all in the API which I validated. Right now all customers perceive their metrics as “incorrect” until we have that new metrics (which cannot be calculated from other points)
I am trying to compare the sales amount from Supermetrics to our extracted report for Shopee but the Supermetrics sales amount used the deducted amount from shopee voucher while our report used the original amount. Is there a way to reflect the amount before deducting the Shopee vouchers? EDIT: The link to the file has been removed by a moderator.
Hello,Would like to understand how can we pull the Cohort data into Supermetrics from Appsflyer. This is basically to calculate the ROAS and LTV for D3, D7, D28 etc for better campaign management.
I viewed the documentation of supermetrics' connector activecampaign: https://supermetrics.com/docs/integration-activecampaign-fields/. I cannot seem to find that you can load in the amount of contacts per contact list. Is this possible with this connector and am I overseeing something? Or is this not (yet) part of the connector?
Would highly suggest to add Ad Set Name/Ad Group Name as an option in “Split by” as currently there’s discrepancies in my data. My event tagging and conversion events are on Branch while my cost, clicks etc. are from Meta, Google, TikTok. As there is no Ad Set Name split by option, my data doesn’t tally when using Excel formulas to tie both advertising channel with branch data. This is because my ad groups in the advertising platforms are split to different targeting or different apps (iOS App Store & Android App Store), but Branch has no ad set group options to tie those information.
The ability to break down data into two types of customer - new and returning.
In the Magento 2 connector, the “created by” column is not available in the data sync. This is key information as this is how we differentiate which orders are online, and which are through a sales rep. This is a column in the basic order grid on Magento and should also flow through to looker studio but for some reason its not. If your able to add this column in the connector I would subscribe to super metrics as this is critical information needed in our report.
The current data fields that the recharge connector supplies dont include metafields. These are very powerfull as we have the freedom to put a lot of data there which enables us todo things that are otherwise not possible. It would be great to have these fields in the connector to for the customer, subscription, order and charge sources. We have data there that we want to forward to lookerstudio for statistics. For more info you can checkout the recharge documentation on metafields:https://developer.rechargepayments.com/2021-11/metafields
Hi Supermetrics Team, It would be great if you guys can explore the possibility to track the field “Order Type” from Magento. It is very important for our usages with multiple incoming order sources. (For example, wholesales order/ecommerce order)
One of my clients wants to see Bluesky Data into Looker Studio, so I’d like to know if you’re planning to add a new connector.
We are running ads on Spotify to generate leads, but we are not able to pull in our conversion numbers through Supermetrics. Leads is a field that is available in Spotify’s reports, but it is not available in Supermetrics. We’d like this to be added.
We want to import data in Lookerstudio via Supermetrics from joyn.eu. Via Joyn we send mails (campaigns) to our database (based on a loyalty card) and want to get this data in a report.
“Combine new results with old” in Google Sheets currently comes with the downside that as soon as something in the dimensions changes – either by design (like with many of the image URL fields) or by circumstances (like fixing a typo in a campaign name or a social media copy), the fields can’t match anymore, leading to duplicates and therefore wrong data. These problems could be solved by letting us choose which of the dimensions we actually want to use for the matching, allowing us to update all other dimensions as well. This would eliminate the need for additional queries and complex workarounds.
Hi all, I am trying to find a way to include the nested comments on Facebook posts via the Facebook insights connector. I can pull comments on the post (56) but there are actually 308 comments in total including nested comments (replies to original comments). Anyone know how to do this?
One idea for Supermetrics for Google Sheets -- An option where you can have the metric or dimension definition (from the API) be added as a note in the cell where the heading is. Very often I forget exactly what a specific metric is measuring, especially in the era of lots of metrics changing in Meta. To have quick access or notes right there with the data would be great. I do know the definition is there when you are setting up a query and hover over the metric name in the sidebar, but that’s only when editing a query.
At the moment, backfills can’t be stopped, once started. This is due to data integrity issues, according to the support. However, there are some cases, where a backfill might be cancelled without issues for data integrity. E.g. if I added metric A to a table, started a backfill and immediately noticed I need to include metric B as well. In this case I would anyhow start a new backfill and data integrity is no issue. However, at the moment I need to wait for the backfill with metric A to be completed which is time consuming for me and somehow expensive for you.
Hi, I was wondering if Supermetrics has a readily available connector for Seznam.cz (Sklik)? I used to see this listed under work in progress in the roadmap but I couldn’t find the roadmap anymore and I don’t see this listed within Supermetrics hub. Any knowledge on this is greatly appreciated!Br,
All Dates shown in the Transfer page’s "View Status" popup of the SuperMetrics Hub are off by a single day. When we pull a backfill with a start date of 2023-01-01, it will pull the correct start date of 2023-01-01 into our destination table. But on the View Status page for the transfer, the earliest "Date of Data" shown for that backfill will be 2022-12-31.Ultimately, the data that arrives in our table is correct, but this has caused quite a bit of confusion since it affects every date on the Transfer > View Status PageSuperMetric’s Data Warehouse technical lead confirmed that this behavior is expected and is related to the browser's time zone settings. Support recommended that I post the issue as an Idea in the Community page to try and get enough attention for it to get worked into their product roadmap.
im trying to load profile info from instagram public data, and the query is based in a list.a big list. sometimes the profiles dont exist or are restricted. i need the query to bypass this, ignore the invalid profiles and deliver me the results of the valids. because i cant check one by one if they exist.the bot delivered me this solution:To make your Instagram Public Data query automatically skip restricted and non-existent profiles, add the "exclude_invalid_accounts=true" parameter to your query's Advanced settings:Open the Supermetrics sidebarEdit your Instagram Public Data queryGo to OptionsIn the Advanced settings field, type: exclude_invalid_accounts=trueThis setting will automatically remove problematic accounts from your query results when errors occur while trying to access them, allowing your query to continue with the valid profiles. For Google Sheets, you might also find a checkbox option:Open the Supermetrics sidebarEdit your queryGo to OptionsLook for a checkbox labeled "Exclude invalid accounts"If you're still experiencing issues after adding this setting, try refreshing all queries from the Supermetrics sideb
We need a connector for the Apple Store to access raw data, as the current setup with AppsFlyer isn't providing the detailed metrics required. Accessing this data is crucial for tracking app performance and supporting business growth.
Hi,I would love to have public data from tiktok (engagement) to compare some accounts - as I can do this with Facebook and Instagram.
We change blends, tables and transfers often. Sometimes we notice later that a change caused issues with data. It’s not always easy to remember which changes were made to backtrack the problem. Therefore it would be great if blends, tables, and transfers would automatically create a change history where you can see all changes in configurations, e.g. added/removed metrics and dimensions, changed settings and so on.
Our business incurs monthly subscriptions that we’d like to put into our reports. This data isn’t currently on your platform when pulling into Looker Studio. However, we’d like to see how many cancellations we get on a day/week/month etc. This can be customers that cancelled immediately after payment and their access is revoked, or just that their access to the site will be revoked at the end of their billing cycle.
