Hi all, I am trying to find a way to include the nested comments on Facebook posts via the Facebook insights connector. I can pull comments on the post (56) but there are actually 308 comments in total including nested comments (replies to original comments). Anyone know how to do this?

Hi,i want to get the total sum of sold products having a certain product tag. I am realy struggling wwiwth getting this to work. In shopify itselfe it is a super easy thing, but somehow the google looker studio ↔ supermetrics connector is struggling wiwth this request since i am not getting it to work. would there be any help?
We have made changes how conversion metrics are calculated before and after April 1, 2025 on our LiveIntent data source. These updates, which went live on April 17, 2025, reflect changes on the LiveIntent reporting platform regarding how conversion metrics are calculated. These changes were introduced by LiveIntent and are detailed here. What's new? (Since April 17th)The original Total conversions metric is now in a new group called Legacy metrics. You'll find new conversion metrics under the Core metrics group. These use LiveIntent's updated calculation method (from April 1st onwards). The Attribution setting is now named Attribution setting (legacy). This only affects the numbers in the Legacy metrics group.What to do next?If you want to use the new conversion metrics, you'll need to edit your existing reports/queries or create new queries and pick fields from the Core metrics group. We've updated our Instagram Insights data source to fetch more post comments.Previously, our Instagram Insights data source could fetch a maximum of 300 of the most recent comments per post. Now, we've increased this maximum to 400. How does it work?You can control the number of comments using the 'Comments per media post' setting, located in the advanced/optional settings of the Instagram Insights data source. The available options are 100 (default), 200, 300, and 400 of the most recent comments. Please be aware that fetching a higher number of comments can slow down your reports, particularly in tools like Looker Studio and Power BI. In these cases, we recommend fetching a lower number of comments.
Hi everyone!I’m relatively new to SEM—my background has been more focused on social (both organic and paid)—and I’d love some help navigating a current project.I was asked to include auction insights in a recurring report, and while I’ve managed to find metrics like impression share using keyword text as a dimension, I’m stuck on how to include the Display URL domain like we see in the Google Ads UI.From what I understand, this data is only available for selected keywords—and usually through the Google Ads interface—but I’m wondering if anyone here has found a way to pull this info using Supermetrics (whether via Google Sheets, Data Studio, or another connector)? I’d love to either automate or semi-automate this process, rather than manually exporting from the UI every time.If anyone has tackled this or has a creative workaround, I’d really appreciate your advice. Hi everyone,Hope you’re well. I’m working with some clients on Amazon Ads. I connected my Amazon Ads account to Supermetrics to retrieve data and send it to Big Query.My issue is the following : I have a duplication of accounts for my clients with 16-digits ID. It seems to be for each marketplace, but there is no way to identify which ID corresponds to which marketplace. Moreover, when I try to make some previews to find the right account, the query dysfunctions.Anyone had a similar issue ? Found a solution ? Thanks !
I am running into a problem where Facebook Ads and Google Sheets (via Supermetrics) aren’t matching up. I have created Custom Conversions in Facebook Ads. Once they have been Activated, I was able to use them as a metric in Supermetrics for Google Sheets. I have since created more of them in Facebook Ads (they are active), but I am not seeing them appear in my Supermetrics side panel. I have re-connected the Facebooks Data Source via the Hub, but I am not seeing any changes in what Custom Conversions are available for me to select. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Hello everyone,I’m hoping someone will be able to help me. We pay for the Growth account, which allows us to connect 8 accounts to our Google Sheets. However, when I went to use one a few days ago, I received a note saying that I could not get data because it was not one of our prioritized accounts.When I reached out to support, they told me that you can only have 2 prioritized accounts, but I can’t find anywhere to set this. Also, why are we paying for 8 accounts if we can only use 2? It seems a little redundant.Additionally, we have 3 people on our team, and none of us seem to have access to set a priority account. I’m getting a little lost as to what I can do now since support takes a whole day to tell me that we only have 2 prioritized accounts. But if you can only have 2, what’s the point of going above the basic plan?I need help pretty urgently now and can’t really wait another day for support to tell me that I can have 8 accounts but can’t use them.
